My name is Rafael Czichos, and football has been my passion and profession for as long as I can remember. I spent 15 years playing professionally, including in the German Bundesliga and as the team captain for several years in Major League Soccer with Chicago Fire FC.

After retiring from professional play, I turned my focus to coaching and youth development. I hold all the required coaching licenses from the U.S. Soccer Federation, and I’m fully committed to using my experience and training to guide the next generation of players.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned that football is more than just a game — it’s a way to build character, discipline, and teamwork. That’s exactly what I want to pass on through this academy.

My goal is to create a professional yet supportive environment where young players can develop not only their technical skills, but also grow into confident, respectful individuals both on and off the pitch.
